About Steve

Dr. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, in 1981; a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education, Richmond, Virginia, in 1997; a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary, Richmond, Virginia, in 1997. Dr. Frazier also completed a Master of Arts degree in American Studies at the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia, in 1986. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Proclamation and Worship at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Frazier is married to Diana, and together they have three adult daughters, Holly, Kate, and Morgan. Dr. Frazier is the Pastor of First United Presbyterian Church of Fairbury, Nebraska and of Steele City Presbyterian Church.
